Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- We will do our best to reserve specific parking areas for college representatives. All representatives will enter through the main SH/JH school entrance.
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 5pm.
- Please be patient and courteous as our facilities are currently under construction and therefore available parking at our campus may be limited. We will do our best to accommodate representatives and have team members directing traffic to give you priority. However, parking will come on a first come, first serve basis. As lots fill up, we will direct you to the appropriate areas. Overflow parking will be across the street at Chinook Middle School.
