Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- You may park in the front parking lot that faces Military HWY. We will have a gate open in between the two buildings so that you can take the elevator up to the second floor. You may also enter the main door of the building which is the building on the left (the CVS side) when you face Military.
- If you are traveling down I-35, you will need to give yourself extra time for construction. The WAZE app is fairly accurate.
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 4:30pm.
- We will have a Chick-fil-a box lunch for you! We are very excited to be hosting you and we have contacted over 130 local public and private high schools! We expect this fair to be the best ever!
