Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Parking for representatives is available in front of the South Gym. After entering the CVCHS parking lot, make a left turn and drive to the far side of the lot. You will see the South Gym to your right and can park in any available space.
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 3:15pm.
- We are so excited for you to join us again this year! There will be a dinner provided for you beginning at 4:30. It will be a casual/grab-and-go meal. Tables for set up will be first-come/first-served. If you have any questions, please contact Lori Reeves at: lreeves@cvc.org.
